Com Pro’s managed print services are a comprehensive solution customized to the needs of your business.

The include four key components:

NEEDS AUDIT

We take the time to understand the role of printing within your business so that we can recommend solutions tailored to your requirements. This needs audit includes:
- Cost analysis. Using our software, we conduct a thorough analysis of your current situation, including the cost per print on each of your existing devices based on volume.
- Device utilization. We analyze whether your existing devices are being used efficiently and identify any machines that need to be replaced, removed or redeployed.
- User-to-device ratio. We assess whether you have more devices than you require and identify any opportunities for consolidation within your printer fleet.

EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT

We source the best equipment for your needs at the best prices, and we deal directly with manufacturers on your behalf when devices need to be replaced. We also provide ongoing maintenance to keep your equipment operating at its best and conduct yearly performance audits.

CONSUMABLES

We use software to proactively monitor your consumables, including toner and waste containers, and send new supplies to you when you need them. This approach removes the need for stockpiling extra toner, eliminates the need for your staff to spend valuable time ordering supplies and avoids human error.

SERVICE & REPAIRS

We use equipment-monitoring software to automatically trigger an alert on our end when your devices require servicing or repairs, which are covered in your service agreement. We are often able to proactively resolve issues, thereby reducing downtime and business disruption.

What’s included in a managed print services plan?

Our comprehensive managed print services plans are designed to take care of your end-to-end printing needs, so they include all the parts, labour and supplies (not including paper or staples) required to ensure your equipment is running at optimum levels.

Com Pro prides itself on creating a consistent customer experience supported by real-time key performance indicators. The Excellence Plan reflects the service all Com Pro customers can expect including industry leading response time (2.8hrs) and first call fix rate (83%).

Our Loyalty Plan is designed for customers who have been with Com Pro for 5+ years and decided to continue to work with Com Pro after their first leased piece of equipment has come to term. As a thank you, Com Pro donates a portion of each of the customer’s print to reforestation projects around the world in partnership with PrintReleaf.

The Performance Plan is reserved for customers who produce 100k or more prints per month. Performance customers receive all of the benefits of Loyalty and Excellence Plans plus a customized performance dashboard. The performance dashboard tracks monthly print volumes and service call metrics so that you can see in real-time how Com Pro is performing within your account.

The Com Pro Complete Plan is reserved for clients who utilize both print management and managed IT services from Com Pro. Complete Plan customers receive a 10% annual print rebate plus the benefits of the Excellence, Loyalty and Performance Plans.

Whether you lease or purchase brand new or Com Pro Certified Pre-Owned equipment, we have you covered.
All our service agreements include a warranty, and if we can’t fix a machine, we will replace it with an equivalent make and model.
