Our service plan includes all parts, labor and supplies (not including paper) required to ensure your equipment is running at optimum levels. Network Support Plan

As organizations continue to rely on their networks to run their business, there is an increased risk of interruption with their office equipment. Com Pro has the ability to resolve those issues as part of our Network Support Plan. The Network Support Plan includes troubleshooting office equipment disruptions related to the following issues: Issues related to:

  • New internet provider
  • PC replaced
  • Corrupted print job
  • Corrupted print driver
  • New router or router problems
  • Network cable problem
  • Re-install of print drivers, scan to folder and scan to email.

There are a number of network related issues that can affect your office equipment that should be resolved by your IT department or an external IT provider. Examples of these issues include:

  • Running in wall cable/wiring
  • Actual network set up
  • New router set up
  • Installing windows, other operating systems and software
