Company History

ComPro was founded in 1998 by Mitch Clancey with intention of building a business known for great customer experiences driven by a team of employees who love what they do and the environment they work in. We are proud to say that our average service and support team tenure is over 10 years!

Today ComPro provides great service to customers from Whistler to Hope, to companies as small as one employee one location to multi location customers with thousands of employees. We pride ourselves on being “Big Enough to Serve You, Small Enough to Care!”

ComPro has grown to one of the largest service providers of Sharp and Lexmark printing solutions in Western Canada. Part of the reason for this success is our commitment to limiting the number of product lines that we support so that we can develop strong partnerships with our manufacturers. By committing to two main product lines, our manufacturer trained and certified technicians become experts of the products that we carry and are better positioned to provide the industry leading customer CARE that Com Pro was founded on.

Our team is dedicated to you, our customer. The goals of our experienced Account Managers are to be thorough and diligent in analyzing your equipment needs, recommend the right equipment for the application and most importantly ensure you have a positive experience working with Com Pro. Our factory trained service technicians understand how important your office equipment is to your business and are focused on limiting your down time. ComPro invests in ongoing training for our technicians including network training to ensure we have the expertise to solve all of your office equipment issues.
